BOOKING PROCEDURE :

  • Seats Are Normally Reserved On Payment Of Rs. 4,000 For Sl Class & Rs. 6,000 For 2ac, 3ac Per Head As An Advance For Registration Of Seats.
  • Minimum 50% Of The Final Amount Should Be Deposited 40 Days Before Departure.
  • Full Amount Should Be Paid Before 20 Days Prior To The Journey.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Minimum 10 Passengers Are Required For Fixed Departure Package Tour. If In Case The Numbers Are Not Met, The Date Of Tour May Be Changed.

FOOD

Bed Tea, Breakfast With Tea, Lunch, Evening Snacks With Tea, Dinner Will Be Served Based On Bengali Cuisine.

TRANSPOTATION

2/2 Deluxe Bus/mini Bus/ Tempo Traveller/ Sumo For Transfer And Sightseeing As Metioned In The Respective Tour Itinerary. Seating Arragment Will Be Organized On A Daily Rotation Basis Only.

LUGGAGE POLICY

Each Passenger Is Permitted A Maximum Of 15 Kg. (22 Inch) Of Luggage. Passengers Are Require To Oversee The Loading Of Their Luggage Onto The Train/bus/taxi/hotel Room. The Company Holds No Responsibility For Lost Luggage Or Baggage.

  • For Train Journey We Are Entirely Dependent On Railway Authority. It Is Not Possible To Allot Any Particular Berth (Lower/middle/upper Berth).
  • Room Allotment Will Be Family Wise As Per The Tariff Structure Mentioned In The Brochure.
  • Tour Programme May Be Changed/altered/varied/extended Even In Course Of Tour Due To Unavoidable Circumstances Viz. Natural Calamity, Break Down Of Bus, Local Bandh/strike/agitation Road Blockage Or Any Other Such Miss Happenings.
  • Due To Natural Calamity, Strike & Political Disturbance If The Tour Is Cancelled, Passengers Have To Pay 20% Of The Tour Price As Ditrimental Charges To Compensate The Cost Spent By Us.
  • In Case The Tour Is Extended For Any Unavoidable Circumstances The Extra Cost Will Have To Be Borne By The Passengers.
  • If There Is Any Increase In Railway/air Fare/fuel Cost For Bus In The Budget, The Defference Amount Has To Be Borne The Passengers.
  • Management Will Not Undertake Any Liability Towards Any Loss/damage Of Life/ Property Or Any Other Belongings Whatsoever Of The Tourist By Any Accident/theft/robbery Or Any Other Unwanted Happenings During The Tour.
  • All Legal Issues Will Be Solved In Tamluk Jurisdiction.
